Starting the adventure

The group is gathering at the agreed meeting point and accommodating in speedboats. After we are all set, we pass the Pakleni islands and head towards island Vis.
Explore the Green Cave

The first stop of this boat excursion is the Green Cave on a tiny island called Ravnik. Snorkel inside of the cave and explore its interior or try to pass underneath the beam of light and see if the legend comes true. At this stop, you get to enter the Green cave by swimming or by a smaller boat offered by Port Authority.
Soak up the sunrays at Stiniva beach

Upon your arrival to Stiniva bay, you decide if you want to swim to the beach or if you would rather take a smaller rubber boat. Sunbathe, swim, snorkel or simply enjoy a refreshing drink at the most beautiful beach in Europe as voted by fellow travelers in 2016.
Admire the Blue Cave

The Blue cave is one of many Croatias parks of nature and a true gem worth visiting. Once you have purchased your ticket, you enter the cave in a boat through an entry so small you need to duck your head down. The boat is operated by a Port Authority guide that will further explain the story about the origin and discovery of the Blue cave. Capture the moment by taking a photo of the blue water and the fascinating play of lights!
Time to choose a Bonus Place

This is your time to take up the role of a tourist agent and choose one more place to visit on island Vis! Keeping in mind the weather conditions, our skipper can suggest the best option for the day and help you decide. The choices you have are a Military submarine tunnel, sandy beach Stončica, Seal Monk's cave, town Komiža, the smallest beach on island Vis, and Green Lagoon on island Budikovac.
Charge your Batteries at Palmižana Bay

Our last stop is the famous Palmižana bay on Pakleni islands where you can rest after a whole day at sea. Try tasty traditional dishes and refreshing drinks at one of three restaurants situated in the bay.Here you can find 3 family restaurants and very famous Laganini bar. You can also take a stroll around the beautiful botanical garden or simply lay back on the boat and listen to the sound of waves.

End of the Adventure

The tour is slowly coming to end as we head back to town Hvar. This time you will pass between many small islands that make up memorable scenery. Once our skipper returns you safely on the shore you can enjoy the rest of your stay on island Hvar.

Excursion Description

Join us on the most popular group excursion from Hvar. Visit all the best places on Vis island and Pakleni islands in one day.

The Green Cave, located on an island near island Vis, will be your first stop of the day. We arrive at our destination after a delightful 35-minute journey. After purchasing your entrance ticket, you can pick whether you want to enter by swimming or by being brought inside by a small boat driven by a Port Authority employee. Swimming and snorkeling are popular activities at this location. The cave is illuminated with green light, created by sunlight reflecting off the algae as it passes through the roof.

We'll go on to our following location, the spectacular Stiniva bay, once you've explored the Green cave. Because the surrounding region is a swimmers-only zone, our skipper will moor the boat further away from the beach. The picturesque Stiniva beach is protected by two rock formations that resemble an entry way. Once again, you enter the area either by swimming or with a smaller rubber boat. In 2016, this little yet charming beach was voted the best beach in Europe. The group will have around one hour of free time to participate in fun activities or visit the beach bar.

The tour's highlight, Blue Cave Croatian park of nature, is around 20 minutes away. Our boat will take you to the dock, where one of our employees will show you how to buy tickets. While you're waiting for your turn to enter the cave, we suggest you have a drink at one of the dockside bars. When it's your turn, you board a 12-person port authority boat that takes you inside. The size of the entrance should not surprise you, as it is quite small and requires you to stoop down.. Your guide will take you on a tour of the cave and tell you the story behind its discovery. On the inside of the cave, there is a glowy blue light that shines on the walls. The sunlight reflects through the natural entrance of the cave, situated below sea level, causing this natural phenomenon.

The following stop will be at a location of your choosing! It can be difficult to choose between the many beautiful sights and significant historical sites on the island of Vis. If you need assistance making this decision, feel free to ask our skippers, who are familiar with weather conditions, crowds, and other key information. If you've ever read about the history of the island of Vis, you might be interested in visiting the military submarine tunnel that was used during World War II. For those interested in spending the rest of the day by the sea, there are options such as the Seal Monk's cave, the smallest beach on the island of Vis, sandy beach Stončica, or the stunning Green lagoon on the island of Budikovac. There is also the option of visiting the towns of Komiža or Vis, where you may get a glimpse of the vibrant life on the Dalmatian islands.

Our final destination is the well-known Palmižana bay on the Pakleni islands, where you'll have plenty of time to unwind after an active day. If you get hungry, there are three fantastic restaurants to pick from, all of which offer excellent service. This bay is known for its delicious food and outstanding cocktails, which can be found at the Laganini bar. You can also wander through the botanical garden, which goes all the way to the ACI marina on the other side of the island.

The perfect tour comes to an end as we board the boat one final time. We head back to town Hvar around 6 p.m. after passing around the Pakleni islands during the sunset.
